Services

Talking therapy for those seeking support with mental health challenges or personal issues impacting their mood and emotional well-being. In addition to one-on-one work, we support couples, families, and other relationship dynamics. Sessions are available in person, online, or through messaging, with the goal of offering flexible options that fit your needs.

What can i expect?

Our approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, a humanistic, psychologically informed method that respects your unique experiences, emotions, and inherent potential for growth. Whether working one-to-one, in couples, or in group settings, we offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your own direction, rebuild trust in yourself, and reconnect with parts of your identity that may feel lost or disconnected. This therapy honours your autonomy and perspective, offering tools you can begin to apply in everyday life, guiding you toward greater self-understanding, acceptance, and emotional strength.

We specialise in supporting people through transitional life stages, times when identity, relationships, career, health, or purpose are shifting, and familiar ways of being no longer feel aligned. These periods often bring a sense of disconnection, uncertainty, or low self-worth. You might feel out of touch with who you are, unsure of what you need, or emotionally adrift. This is a natural response to change, and our work gently supports you in making sense of it.

A core part of this process involves helping you find your voice, especially if it has felt silenced, overlooked, or diminished in past relationships or environments. Together, we explore what it means to recognise and express your needs with clarity and confidence, without guilt or self-doubt. Whether in individual, couples, or group therapy, this is a space where your experiences are heard and validated, empowering you to advocate for yourself in more authentic and life-affirming ways.

Through reflective dialogue and emotionally attuned support, you are encouraged to slow down, deepen your self-awareness, and begin rebuilding a more grounded relationship with yourself and others. This is a space where you can strengthen self-esteem not by becoming someone else, but by reconnecting with who you truly are, moving through change with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of inner trust.

This work is for anyone navigating change, uncertainty, or feelings of disconnection, whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, identity, emotional overwhelm, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. It’s suited to those at crossroads in life, work, or relationships, who may feel emotionally distant from themselves or others, or are trying to rebuild confidence after a setback or loss. If you’re seeking deeper self-understanding, a stronger sense of purpose, or a longing to be truly seen and accepted as you are, this approach offers a supportive space for exploration. It’s also for those wanting to improve how they communicate, express their needs, or better understand their identity and relationships. Whether you come as an individual, a couple, or as part of a group, you don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to engage and explore.

FAQS

How long are the sessions?

Session length varies depending on the type of work we’re doing together. Individual sessions are 50 minutes, allowing time to explore what feels most important while maintaining focus and emotional safety. Couples and group sessions last 90 minutes, offering the space needed for more complex dynamics and shared reflection. We ask clients to arrive or log in a few minutes early so you can settle in and prepare for the session. This brief pause before beginning helps create a calm, grounded start and ensures you get the full benefit of the time allocated.

What can I expect during a session?

Sessions involve gentle, collaborative conversation focused on what feels most present for you. You’ll be encouraged to explore thoughts and feelings at your own pace, in a space that prioritises emotional safety, curiosity, and respect. Over time, therapy can help you gain new insights, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild trust in yourself and others.

Do I need to have a specific issue to begin therapy?

Not at all. Many people begin therapy simply with a sense that something feels “off” or unclear. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to explore. Therapy is a space for growth as much as healing, offering time to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with greater awareness.
