In-Person Locations

Who's it for?

Our programs are designed to support a wide range of complex and multifaceted challenges that young people may be navigating. Whether these stem from emotional distress, developmental struggles, trauma, identity exploration, or social pressures, our core aim remains the same: to provide a consistent, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where adolescents can safely explore and make sense of their inner world.

We recognise that every young person’s experience is unique, and we prioritise their voice and autonomy throughout the therapeutic process. Our approach centres the adolescent as the primary client. We work at their pace to build trust and help them feel more confident and comfortable expressing themselves, both within therapy and, when ready, with the caregivers and loved ones in their lives. As they begin to feel the positive impact of the work, many naturally become more open to sharing aspects of their journey with others.

For caregivers, we offer the reassurance that your adolescent is receiving psychologically informed, evidence-based support from trained professionals. We are committed to transparency, and while respecting the confidentiality of the young person, we provide regular, general updates on therapeutic approaches being used and the types of emotional and behavioural changes you might begin to notice. These may include improved emotional regulation, clearer communication, increased confidence, or more adaptive responses to stress.

Additionally, we recognise the vital role of the family system in a young person’s growth and healing. When appropriate, we offer individual sessions with caregivers to provide guidance, address concerns, and strengthen the support network around the young person. We also offer family therapy sessions, creating a space where relational patterns can be explored, communication can be improved, and mutual understanding can be deepened.

Together, we aim to build a bridge between the adolescent’s inner experience and the support systems that surround them, fostering lasting change and emotional well-being for the whole family.

Adolescence is a period of transition

Adolescence is a time of huge change—a stage of life where young people are discovering who they are, building independence, and learning to manage big emotions. Our programs are designed to walk alongside them during this important stage, offering care and support that’s both evidence-based and tailored to each young person’s unique needs.

We work with adolescents who may be experiencing emotional distress, navigating identity, or feeling the weight of social pressures. Our collaborative team—comprising the young person, counsellor, and coach—creates a robust circle of support. When it feels right, we also involve caregivers, helping to strengthen connections at home and beyond.

What makes our approach special is the way we blend conversation with action. Alongside talking therapies, we offer practical, strengths-based activities that engage both mind and body. These activities make it easier for young people to connect with their feelings, express themselves, and discover new ways of coping.

Our programs create a safe, encouraging space where young people can build confidence, learn healthy strategies for managing stress, and develop skills that will support them long into the future.
